Ok, we are going to be featuring three very different 1989 Chevy trucks for sale today. The first one is a real nice looking mud truck that would be perfect for spring time. The rain has been pouring down and there have been violent storms all over the country. This has cause heartache for many people but you might as well take advantage of a bad situation and have fun getting a little dirty. The second 89 Chevy truck is a lifted Blazer in decent condition that could handle a bit of muddin itself. The third truck is an unfortunately colored 1989 Chevy box truck that is dying to get back to work. As always, I found these listings online and odds are that they have expired so if you are actually interested in purchasing one, you should do your own research.
As you can see, this 1989 Chevy Silverado is used to getting down and dirty. I found it listed for $4,000 in Forked River, New Jersey. The engine is a 350 fuel injected V8 with 100,000 miles on it. The suspension has been lifted twenty inches and that is combined with 44 inch swamper tires. A bonus 44 inch spare swamper tire is included in the sale. One of the details in this listing that caught my eye is that the truck doesn’t have any rusting. Many lightly used vehicles from 1989 have rusting issues and this particular truck has been used in a lot of wet and wild situations so it’s nice to see it is holding up well.
Next up is this 1989 Chevy Blazer hailing from dry and sunny Mesa, Arizona. The location of this vehicle is important because the Arizona climate is less harsh on vehicles than say, Michigan. This Blazer is free of rust and recently received a new paint job. It’s a 4×4 with a 5.7 liter V8 that I’m guessing has 106,000 miles on it. I’m guessing because the odometer reached it’s limit and rolled over and 106,000 miles makes more sense than 1,006,000 miles. That would have to be some sort of record. Anyway, as of May 1st, 2011 there is 4 days left to bid on this vehicle on ebay. The current high bid is around $2,500.
The last featured 1989 Chevy truck for sale of the day is this 1989 Chevy box truck that is either ugly yellow or ugly mustard green. I’m colored blind so I’m going to need someone’s help on this one. However, being color blind doesn’t mean I’m completely blind. I have enough vision to determine that whatever the actual color is, it’s an ugly color. But no matter, this is a work vehicle. Haul furniture or boxes or smuggle illegals across the border. The sky is the limit as long as you have around $3,000.
